The Insider Secrets to understanding and using Pay Per Click
search engines - part #2,
By David Belton CEO BECANADA.

=================================================================

In the previous Cashlinks Newsletter we covered:

"Understanding "equality" in the Pay Per click engines"

Which covered some important differences in the engines like
which ones allow popups, "unreviewed changes" and so on...

[ this issue is available at the Cashlinks members' area ]

Pay per click search engines are the fastest, and easiest
way to get qualified traffic to your website[s] NOW.

They can also cost you a fortune if you do not know they
are NOT all created "equal"... and the quality of traffic
they represent is not the same.

The information I share with you in this section is real
life experiences with using Pay per click search engines
and the result of spending 10 of 1000s of dollars on them and
learning what works and why.

Because there are so many issues to understand about Pay
per click engines - this will be a multiple part section
spanning a number of Cashlinks newsletters.

We will continue covering the differences between
the engines, and how to use these to your benefit.

---
Part #2

How Understanding your business and rapid changes in
bids affect your profits

---

Most pay per click search engines allow you to change your
bids within minutes for your keywords...

As you know, a higher bid costs more - but generates almost
3 times MORE TRAFFIC.

So when is the BEST TIME to pay for this traffic?

To answer this question, you have to understand first your
business objectives and what is really happening inside
your business AT SPECIFIC times during the day.

For example - If you goal is to sign up subscribers and build
a mailing list, then there is a good chance that LEAVING
your payperclick listing up 24/7 is a BETTER COURSE of action.

Why?

Because unless you are requiring payment, this "subscription"
is free - and not subject to "do I want to spend the money"?

IF you are selling a product or service - then you are into
a new ball game.

Understanding your business requires knowing the following:

1] Who is the large majority of purchases located ?

2] What TIME ZONES are they in?
[And know the difference from yours]

3] When during the day are the MOST purchases made?

4] When during the week / month are the most purchase made?

These are VERY important questions... the answers will create
the timetable for the "best determined" times to INCREASE
your bids in PPCSE and get results.

There are of course other issues - but the above will help
form the timetable for "best scenario" usage of PPCSE.

Here is an example [answers]:

1] North America
2] 5 times zones from Pacific Standard to Atlantic.
3] 5 pm to 11 pm . [note the time zone factor!]
4] Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri.

With this information we can approximate [this is not
science here] a formula. In our example the best times
are from 5 pm to 11 pm on four days during the week.
The actual time is 2 pm to approximately 3 am OUR TIME -
because we HAVE TO take into account time zones.

So with this information and plan we would be advertising
for 13 hours, 4 days per week - at peak periods.

Other factors:

Keep in mind there are "seasons" for buying online. "Winter"
months tend to have more buying than "summer". Again, watch
were your clients are coming from here - because of the
seasonal reverses across the equator.

As a rule of thumb [if your business is GLOBAL] you will
have a higher percent of North Americans purchasing from
October to April - in Australia this would be from June
to Sept approximately [they are in winter].

This is not to say purchasing stops during "summer" periods -
it is just another factor you have to be aware of online.

Bottom line - understanding your business is key to your success.

Using this knowledge when spending advertising dollars only
helps increase the size of your business and guarantee
the longevity of it.

NEXT ISSUE:

PPCSE and watching for warning signs you are spending
too much for no return - but you got lots of traffic.

[2] Becanada Cashlinks Reseller Forum HOWTO:
"Signing up Resellers for long term profit"
____________________________________________________________________

- Did you know that there is BIG BUCKS in signing
up "free resellers" ?

Your Cashlinks Membership includes a special multi pronged
long term system that helps you increase profit over time.

In fact there are 10 ways Cashlinks can help you make money
online - these are all listed in detail at the member's site.

Cashlinks Members' Website breakdown:

- Check your sales / downline reports / join new programs
- Get access to previous Cashlinks training letters...
- How To Link More Links = More Money, How to Links Section.
- 1000+ Places to Advertise FREE / Low Cost! & Hotlinks
- How To Join New Programs and Add to your Cashlinks site
- How To Promote Your Cashlinks Site.
- And much more...

Members Site: http://www.best-host.com/clctrl/

Today we will look at a few of them...

a] Resellers when they sign up can immediately join UNDER
you in other programs [under your ID code] and become your
downline in multiple programs - within minutes.

b] At Becanada we constantly encourage resellers to purchase
from THEMSELVES [see the DISCOUNT ZONE, at the resellers member
site] to save money. Because many do - you still EARN A COMMISSION.

c] Because other companies also allow members to purchase from
themselves AND/OR "tag" your affiliates - you can also earn
a commissions now - or in the future.

d] As members either promote their "Cashlinks Website" AND/OR
the other opportunities - you can earn commissions.

Signing up resellers is easy AND FREE.

With all the incentives to become a reseller, in makes sense
to promote this part of your Cashlinks business regularly.

You can use this DIRECT LINK:

http://www.becanada.com/\$\/?*REDIRECT=cashlink.htm*

If they instead decide to purchase while at YOUR site - you
still get the commission... if they go to there site... you
still earn money.

Special Note:

You may get a pop under which allow visitors to sign up
for a FREE Download of the ISell Classifieds Software -
this is tracked AND TAGGED to your ID CODE permanently for
future sales and promotions through ISell Newsletters and
promotions.

Important Notes:

Cashlinks is a "blend" of both one time sale products such
as Power Submitter, ISell Classifieds Software, Insider Secrets
plus other IMC products, as well as RESIDUAL INCOME [monthly
recurring payments to you] such as BEST-HOST services, Autoresponders
system, and many more...

Our goal at Becanada is to design a balanced system that
creates regular income [residual] and one time income [sales].

It does take both time and effort to develop both - but they
are worth the effort.

Internet Tip of the Week by Bob Osgoodby "

Internet Tip of the Week
by Bob Osgoodby

Positive Cash Flow

It doesn't matter how great your product is or how wonderful your
service, if you don't have customers, all you have is a skill, or
a product. People don't go into business normally as a hobby,
although a lot of hobbies do turn into a business. The trick
however, is to turn it into a positive cash flow.

If you're serious about doing business, you must plan for the
long run. Successful businesses don't normally just happen.
They are the result of long hours of planning, and a great deal
of work.

There must also be a "war chest" of funds available until a
positive cash flow is achieved. One of the major problems that
many encounter when starting up, is that they overextend their
financial resources. No matter what your business, or how it is
run, you must be able to meet current bills when they come due.

The "dot.coms" which were started on such a wave of exuberance,
had plenty of cash behind them. They dealt in promises of huge
earnings, which however never materialized. Now, the majority of
them have joined the history books as "also rans". While they did
have the backing, sales at the level they needed just didn't
happen at a rate to sustain them.

The pundits will argue that the economy is what brought them
down. They violated however, one of the basic rules of business.
They overextended themselves, to the point that their cash inflow
wasn't enough to cover their expenses. When their "war chest"
was depleted, they were gone. How does this affect the small
entrepreneur? Can we learn a lesson from this?

Let's examine a program that the average person can get into.
Network Marketing is the current "buzzword" for Multi-Level
Marketing, or MLM for short. MLM got a bad rap over the past six
or seven years, due to the scamsters that abounded. A number of
companies were founded that were simply "Ponzies" in disguise.
The majority of their cash inflow was the result of signing up
new members. When the cash flow from new recruits dried up, so
did the investment of those who had joined.

Are there legitimate companies out there - sure and many have a
great track record. They don't rely on attracting high priced
recruits, but have a legitimate product or service that they
offer. If you are going to get involved in one of these
companies, that should be a major concern.

So - assuming you found such a company, it is time to investigate
the feasibility of you going into business with them. They
provide the product or service, and you must set yourself up in
business. Here is where the cash flow comes into play.
Can you afford the monthly amount you pay them? Can you afford
to promote your relationship with this business without immediate
income? If the answer to either question is "no", you'd be well
advised to reconsider.

If the answer is "yes", how are you going to promote it? Most
companies recommend you exhaust your "warm market" first. Your
"warm market" is your circle of family and friends that you might
convince to join in with you. Eventually however, you are going
to exhaust this market and must start seeking people outside that
circle.

One way to attract new people is in the online arena. While this
will not replace the "face to face" contact that is necessary, if
it is done correctly, it can add a valuable source of additional
income.

Many people make the mistake of using a web site supplied by
their company. While this can be a valuable tool, it really ties
you into their product. If you get your own site, you can use it
to highlight your offerings. It is of course necessary to
advertise your web site, and ezines and newsletters usually give
you the best return on your investment. With a modest investment
on your part, you can realize a decent return.

Usually, for less than a few hundred dollars, you can get a web
site and advertise in ezines targeted to your potential market.
Most people can afford this without counting on their cash intake
to cover the expenses. Determine what you can spend out of
pocket to make something like this work. Then, as your cash flow
improves, expand your advertising to include a broader market.

While this is a modest start, it doesn't put you in the position
where you must realize income to make expenses. Above all be
patient and realize it will take time and effort to realize your
goals.
