"What if a Secure ordering page will not connect or open for me?"
  1. Re-try several times - by clicking on the ordering button. A secure connection takes more time to connect.
  2. If you have anti-virus software running, try disabling it - then re-try clicking on the ordering button. Some software like this stops secure pages from loading / connecting if the security settings are too high.
  3. Pop up window or history kill type software can interfere in the secure window opening process. Disable such software if installed on your machine and retry clicking on the ordering button.

"How fast will I receive my order?"

Orders are processed in real time - if the product you order is "downloadable" - the download instructions will be sent immediately to your email address. Allow 5 minutes or up to an hour to receive it , as sometimes the net can slow down and cause delays in email reaching you. Most clients will receive the email within 5 minutes or less.

Your order will be sent to the email address you used on the secure order form in you select electronic download.

"Why Do I get a Screen from 'PAYPAL' when I go to order? Who is Paypal? [Ordering Option #1] "

This is our real time merchant processing company, they process orders for 1000s of merchants worldwide daily. Upon completion of your order, Paypal transaction servers contact our servers to send your order and electronic receipt automatically to you in realtime to your email address. "Paypal" has over 32 million members worldwide and Paypal is owned and operated by EBAY.

If you prefer NOT to use Paypal, please use "option #2" on the ordering page.

"What if my country is not listed for payments? [Paypal - "Ordering Option #1" ]"

Please use "Option #2" on the ordering page called "Secondary Processor".

"Who is 2Checkout ? [Ordering Option #2]"

"How can I check to see if my order is being processed "securely" ?"

In Internet Explorer you will see a "gold padlock" [see image below], In Netscape you will see a "blue key" [see image below] and the address for the ORDERING page will have "https://" - 's' is for secure. Transactions are made using the highest level of secure data transmission for your purchasing protection.

"Where do I get 'tech support' ?"

Click here to get tech support, download support, install support, sales support etc etc. There is NO CHARGE for support. Additionally in the download information sent will be detailed FAQs for install, setup, access to online support centers and so on.

"What is your return policy?"

Returns are processed by our sales dept within the refund period unless otherwise stated. If you order a product to be shipped to you [ie on CD ROM], rather than downloaded electronically, the shipping and handling charge[s] are not refundable.

"I am not ready to order today - but might want to in the future - what do I do?"
